We just came into town and were tired from moving and thought a massage would be nice. We scheduled an appointment that morning then because of other issues called back not even an hour later and said we needed to cancel. They said we did not cancel 24 hours ahead of time so would be charged full price anyways. We argued that the appointment was only booked less than an hour before and they became very rude and said they would charge us no matter what because policy is policy. She also said if we cancel the payment on the credit card they could call the police on us for fraud (still need to look that up) Husband decided to just not fight and give it a try so we rearranged everything else that had come up and made it in only to have totally horrible massages. NEVER will either of us return to this horrible place. We found a new place to go and are taking the older kids there too. They just missed out on a lot of future money because they got selfish and rude and down right mean.
