    We purchased a woodburning insert from them. Great selection. Great customer service. Everything was great and we were so excited to have it installed. After the installation, I was very upset with the way they installed the panels. They trimmed them on one side, but not the other. I took a picture and went to the shop to explain why I was disappointed. They sent someone over to pick up the panels. They trimmed them and reinstalled them free of charge. I love my woodburning insert. It looks beautiful. We love Country Hearth. They are local and they care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone!

    Great staff helped me with a barbeque and accessories. very knowledgable and very friendly. I will definitely use them for any barbeque needs I have!
